How much time can you dedicate to the server each day? (Please be reasonable): 4-10 hours depending on the day (I work 40 hours a week)

Do you have any past experience? If so please list the servers and the rank you achieved: No recent Minecraft staff experience but real-world business experience yes
Why are you applying for MineLucky: I joined two days ago and already love the server & its community. I would love to join the team and assist in growing the network.
Why should we pick you over other applicants: At my real job I oversee nighttime operations of a retail store that does $60m+ in sales a year & I have for the past 6 months. I understand business and I think my role at MineLucky would be better suited as an Administrator so I could make the necessary changes that I am confident would boost player count, the server's ability to retain new players, increase buycraft sales, and overall help the community grow. However, as a helper I feel I wouldn't have the authority to suggest these changes to our kind developers, and frankly, I also fear I wouldn't be compensated fairly if the changes did lead to growing MineLucky as a network.
