How would you define your confidence when talking to people you don't know: I'm more than confidant than talking with others in person / over voice chat, i do drywall for my occupation so i'm constantly talking to new home owners and contractors.
How much time can you dedicate to the server each day? (Please be reasonable): I can dedicate at least 6hrs +  a day until the beginning of April, I just recently had surgery on my foot due to a work injury back in april 2023. and dont expect to return to work until April 2024 after I do my Physical Therapy. After I return back to work i can put at least 3-4Hrs a day on weekdays . same 6+ on weekends tho.
Are you currently staff on another server: I use to be Sr Admin on AkumaMC, currently resigned due to me having problems with how the server operated / allowed, can explain more if needed later.
Do you have any past experience? If so please list the servers and the rank you achieved: As i said above i was Sr Admin on AkumaMC, thats my most recent staff experience, ive been staff on servers in the past like VenomPVP, and some others i cant even remember.  
Why are you applying for MineLucky: I am Applying on MineLucky because its a really nice server and i can see alot of potential in this server. and just love how responsive and helpful the higher up staff are. you don't see that alot now adays.  
Why should we pick you over other applicants: I feel i'm verry well capable of doing my job on the server as a staff member as i've been a pretty high staff rank on a semi high pop server verry similar to this server.

If so please put their IGN here:Ive talked to alot of the staff on the server, i wont say they can vouch for me but id like to say they know who i am and have seen me helping with what i can for members of MineLucky. (this is my 2nd app as my first one was denied due to a punishment i received in the past, just wanted to say i've learned from that mistake i made and will never have anything like that happen again in the future. no excuse for what i did but i will obey and be the best i can from this point forward.
