The rules may often update and or change. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with these rules.

Chat Rules (Mutable offenses)

1. Spamming is not allowed.
2. Anything revolving around self harm is not allowed.
3. Racist/derogatory remarks are not allowed.
4. Bigotry is not allowed.
5. General toxicity / staff disrespect is not allowed.
6. Posting non minelucky related links is not allowed.
7. Posting pictures of other players is not allowed.
8. Attempting to bypass the filter system is not allowed.
9. Abuse of support commands is not allowed.
10. Encouraging chat spam is not allowed.

General Rules (Bannable Offenses)

1. Advertising other servers is not allowed.
2. Impersonating staff is not allowed.
3. Lying to staff is not allowed.
4. Cheating to gain an advantage is not allowed.
5. Abuse of exploits / non intended features is not allowed.
6. Having an inappropriate IGN is not allowed.
7. Anything relating to DDoS/Doxing is not allowed.
8. Scamming items for real money is not allowed.
9. IRL Trading is not allowed.
10. Evading a punishment is not allowed.
11. Charge backs are not allowed.
12. Using any type of macro is not allowed.
13. Kill boosting is not allowed.
14. F11 mining / scripting is not allowed.
15. Nuking is not allowed.
16. Auto/afk fishing is not allowed.
17. Account sharing is not allowed.
18. Fly Boosting is not allowed.

Please keep in mind we have the right to punish players for reasons not listed above.

CHEATING RELATED PUNISHMENTS MAY LEAD TO AN ACCOUNT WIPE!
